Brigg Bomber is now European Championships host

Brigg Bomber Organisers LINCSQUAD (Lincolnshire Quadrathlon Club) have stepped in to be the last minute hosts of the European Championship Quadrathlon middle distance event for 2012 and have a growing European field of athletes.
This event is the British Championships and is a favourite on the World Cup circuit. The Bomber consists of a 1.5k river swim, 7k kayak, 36k bike & 10k run. For 2012 there will be a sprint version Bomber running...

Change to Awesome Foursome Event in Bude

Don’t worry, the Awesome Foursome event in Bude, Cornwall on September 8th is still on as a World Cup race, but is sadly no longer to be classed as the European Championships. Unfortunately and due to the very low number of entries so far received and high set-up costs, the Organizer, Shoreline Activities is forced to make this change to its event. Retaining World Cup status as the last-event in the season should ensure that the World Cup will reach an exciting conclusion in Bude as it did last year...
