Base regulation:

The competition is regulated with Competition Rules of WQF for year 2008 and Competition Rules Czech union of Triathlon or Canoe.
Czech competitors can start in races Czech cup, World cup and Championship only with license Czech union of Triathlon or Canoe.
By competitors under 18 years will demand a health inspection / younger than one year / and on registration form a signature of parents. For other racers is a health inspection recommended.
Competitors in cycling part shall wear a cycling helmet which has been safety approved by an officially recognised standardisation and testing authority. e.g. leather sausage hairnet type helmets are not allowed.
In kayak part is allowed to use any sort of kayak or canoe, (K-1, sea kayak, surf ski, etc.). All ships are evaluated in one category.
In cycling part competitors are allowed to draft.

Starting number:

Competitors must experience the all race with starting body numbers from Organizer. Not use of starting body number is the reason for disqualification.

Characterization of race tracks:

Swimming: - river Berounka 1 km, water temp. 20-24 Gr.C

Kayak: - river Berounka 5 km /two circuits/

Cycling: - one circuit Karlstejn-Srbsko-Hostim-Svaty Jan pod Skalou-Hostim- Srbsko-Karlstejn

Running: - one circuit about Berounka river 5 km

PRIZES AND AWARDS:

Three best men and three best women in Senior – category Czech cup and World cup gain

prize-money /1.- 2000,- Kc, 2.- 1000,- Kc, 3.- 500,- Kc/, the payment of full prize-money

depends on presence min. five competitors in category, in other case will prize-money

reduced.

In category Youths and Juniors gains winners things-prizes.

In category Veterans gains winners in individual categories the Championship dress,

things-prizes to three place.

All competitors, who finish the race, gains T-shirts- prizes.

All competitors gains T-shirts.
