Every athlete can and may participate in a Quadrathlon. Even if it is a World Cup or even a World Championship (Exceptions can regulate the national federations). There are faster and not quite so fast athletes in every competition. In almost every race you will perceive the Quadrathlon spirit and be welcomed quickly.
